Pros:Easy to operate small-family fryer that requires a trick, but then is successful.
Cons:Small size not for parties or feeding the neighborhood.

Pros:This fryer did fry food very well while it worked. Cool to the touch.
Cons:Temperature was not accurate. Durability was poor. All around functionality poor. Difficult to clean.
The Bottom Line:Not only did the fryer fall apart after 10 uses and had to be thrown out, Delonghi never returned my email or letter about the problem.
